Crickets!

Fry them with garlic and they're delicious.


How do you catch them? They fly around lights at night. Hold up a long branch with leaves.

Then put them in a two litre bottle.

Off to the market!

Why are there are rows of blue lights on Route 6 in Siem Reap? To collect crickets.
