This  was reinterpreted by Jesse Reklaw who does a syndicated comic, "Slow Wave" that illustrates peoples' dreams.  I'd first spotted his comic "Knot" on the small press stand at Atlantis Fantasyworld, my old comix haunt near University of California, Santa Cruz.  We've since swapped heaps of tips and gossip via email, and actually met for the first time at San Diego Comic Con in 1998.

In turn, "Slow Wave" was anthologized in the book Dreamtoons published by Shambhala Press in 2000, now out of print but available via the magic of the internet.

Though I'd moved back to the States at the time Jesse kept the Aussie connection alive with the second issue of jam comic Impulse Freak, an impressive editorial effort. Slow Wave continues and Mr. Reklaw now lives and works in San Francisco and is one of the leading lights behind Global Hobo Distribution. He has been known to dabble in music as well from time to time.
